    2015年8月23日，山东省博山正觉寺万佛大雄宝殿千手千眼观世音菩萨及大悲咒八十八法相装金圆满，法相采用浮雕海岛彩绘，而大悲咒出自于《千手千眼观世音菩萨广大圆满无碍大悲心陀罗尼经》，是宣说观世音菩萨内证功德的根本咒。大悲咒八十八句，每一句都是观世音菩萨的化身，是观世音菩萨慈悲济世的精神显现。
On 23rd Aug 2015, the gilding procedure of the statue of One-thousand-hand-one-thousand-eye Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and the Eighty-Eight Dharma Appearances mentioned in the Great Compassion Mantra were finished in the Great Mighty Sacred Hall of Ten Thousand Buddhas of Boshan Zhengjue Monastery of Shandong. Reliefs with colored painting of island were used to carve the statue. The Great Compassion Mantra is from the Thousand-Handed and Thousand-Eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva’s Vast, Perfect, Unimpeded, Great-Compassionate Heart Dharani Sutra，which is the fundamental mantra of expounding the merits and virtues of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva’s capability of self-reflection. Being the incarnation of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, every sentence of The Great Compassion Mantra signifies the benevolent spirit to save the world.
